I plugged my phone into the charger into the outlet on the desk and it did not work. At this time of the year no matter when you come or go it is quite cold so it would be nice to at least have an extra real blanket not a thin sheet and a thin blanket. The beds are very average and they only give you two blankets there is no extra blankets available in the closets like most good hotels have. When we had gotten into our room we wanted to watch a little news and weather locally and the TV did not work. The hotel is not at max capacity so why would they put guest on the side of the hotel facing the area that has construction starting at 8:00 in the morning. Then the next morning at 8:00 promptly we are woken by construction going on outside. We had gone down to the front desk and the guy I gave us a new key and of course that night it did not work either. So we threw our dirty towels out front of our door that night and when we checked out at 10:00 the next morning they were still sitting in the hallway. We call to see if we can get our room made up and they tell us that you only get room service every 3 days that you stay. We come back after the first night with the tag on the door for them to make up the room just like any good hotel would have. We stayed overnight twice for my son's wedding in Fallbrook.
Worst place I have ever stayed at!!! We first get to our room and one of our two room keys does not work.
